Shane McAdams explores the dueling relationship between natural and synthetic forms - those that look like nature versus those that are nature. McAdams creates beautiful ink abstractions that explode with color and often use unusual materials and non-traditional applications. He earned an MFA from Pratt University and a BA from the University of Kansas. He currently teaches at Marian University in Fond du Lac.
