Dittmar Memorial Gallery at Norris University Center is an exhibition space and gathering place inviting the Northwestern University community to meaningfully interact with art from varying perspectives.

Through rotating exhibitions by emerging artists in the Evanston and Chicagoland area, partnerships with organizations and departments across the university, and a permanent collection, Dittmar prompts interdisciplinary dialogue through intentional engagement with the arts.

Dittmar Memorial Gallery was named in recognition of a gift by the late Paul O. Dittmar. For more than 50 years, Dittmar Gallery has promoted the careers of young artists on campus and artists across the nation.
