Gallery North is pleased to present Poetry and the Art of Eating, an exhibition which illustrates the many ways we think, speak, and express ourselves about food. Each work presents a different interpretation of food, and its vital role as sustenance, pleasure and inspiration. The inclusion of poetry in this exhibit is in celebration of National Poetry Month, held every April. Taking many forms, the poetic language describes what the pictorial work does with images.
