Request for Art to benefit Tree of Lights
and the Friends of Emerson Health (formerly the Auxiliary)

Tree of Lights is an annual December event benefiting Pediatric and Adolescent Care at Emerson Health.

The Friends of Emerson Health are excited to present our annual mixed-artist installation in the Main Street Gallery at Emerson Hospital in Concord, MA. This year, our theme is gratitude: gratitude for the people who shape our lives, and gratitude for those we’ve lost who remain present in our hearts.

The mission of this project is to offer artists, patients, and visitors an opportunity to create a shared space of remembrance, appreciation, and connection. We welcome all mediums and subject matter, as this event speaks to a variety of emotions, relationships, and contexts. Artwork must be wired for hanging and within the dimensions of 24” X 24.” Some photography will be selected and placed at the Clough Rehab Art Gallery.

Tree of Lights is a fundraiser for the Friends of Emerson Health. 40% of the proceeds of any art sale will be donated to the Friends and the artist will receive 60%. Pricing is at the artist’s discretion, though works priced under $1,500 tend to sell the most successfully.

To apply, please complete the form listed below AND email a photo of your artwork to auxmainstreetart@gmail.com with the subject line “Tree of Lights Submission – YOUR NAME.” You may submit more than one (1) piece, but a separate form must be completed for each item.
