ARTIST CALL FOR APPLICATIONS – McCALL URBAN RENEWAL DISTRICT

Project budget: $100,000

Project Scope: The McCall Redevelopment Agency is seeking an artist- or planner/artist-team to work with City staff and engineers to:

Identify and prioritize opportunities and locations for future public artworks within the McCall Urban Renewal—East Downtown District area and produce a short report on potential sites: and
Develop not less than three public art design concepts for priority sites identified in the public art siting plan (1) above) and;
Fabricate and install at least one chosen public art project within the urban renewal district boundary.

Eligibility: This public art opportunity is open to artist- and planner-artist teams, age 18 and over, living within Idaho. Artists living elsewhere that have a demonstrated connection to McCall will also be considered, however preference will be given to Idaho artists.
