The Public Art Committee of the Downtown Billings Alliance is pleased to invite mural artists and mural artist-led teams to submit proposals for an opportunity to receive a $10,000 commission for a mural on the Clock Tower Inn that pays homage to the Native American culture and history of the city of Billings.
