Soho Photo Gallery 30th National Competition – 2025

The Competition is open to all photographers, 18 years old or older, who are residents of the United States, excluding members of Soho Photo Gallery. All photo-based works are eligible, with no limitation as to subject matter or technique except A.I. generated work, which will not be accepted. No previous winning photos will be allowed.
Awards:

The juror, Jean Dykstra, will choose approximately 60 photographs for an exhibition in our spacious new gallery located in Manhattan’s Chelsea district, NYC, from July 2 – July 20,2025 and on the Soho Photo Gallery website. Cash prizes for first and second place winners will be awarded. Third place and up to four honorable mentions will receive prizes from our sponsor, Archival Methods.

Juror: Jean Dykstra is a writer, editor, and art critic who writes frequently about photography. The former editor of Photograph magazine, she has contributed to numerous publications, including the New York Review of Books, the Brooklyn Rail, and Dear Dave.

Fees: 1-5 images $55, 6 images or more at $5 each up to 12.
