Gem Gallery – Call For Exhibition Proposals 2019
Gem Center for the Arts
Entry Deadline: Sep. 30
The Gem Gallery is a flexible exhibition space for the exploration of unique media and multi-disciplinary practices. The Gem Gallery gives priority to emerging artists and curators who may have been historically overlooked by traditional gallery spaces, and to work that demonstrates or establishes quality in both conceptualization and technique. The Gem Gallery serves as the building’s epicenter during community events and happenings, and in this role, facilitates visitors’ interactions with contemporary ideas of art practice.
Each year, there are two opportunities to submit an exhibition proposal to show your work at the Gem Center for the Arts. Applications are reviewed by the Gem Center for the Arts Exhibition Panel, which consists of independent art professionals working in the field.
