Gallery 218 artists will be exhibiting alongside A Force of Nature artists. This exhibition celebrates our planet earth and women. Featuring food, cash bar, live jazz by Keith Watling. 1000 people expected. Part of Gallery Night and Day, a city wide event.

Eligibility – All women artists 18 and over may enter.
Media – All media, 2-D works,3-dimensional fine art
Judging Criteria- Originality, interpretation of theme, and mastery of medium.
Entry Fee – $35 for 1 -3 pieces. Extra entries over 3: $15 each

Entry Procedure
• Women Artists may submit 1-3 entries.
• Works are to be nature inspired in any media but work must be original fine art, abstract work.
• Entries will be juried by digital images submitted per the specifications.
• One image for each artwork may be submitted.
• Entry form, printed reference sheet, disc or flash drive and payment mailed or delivered by April 7, 2018.
• Jpegs can be emailed but will not be final until payment for entry is made. Email jpegs to [email protected]
• Gallery reserves the right to reject any work for any reason.
• Gallery 218/WPAA, Inc. reserves the right to reproduce accepted entries for publicity purposes.
• Judged by gallery committee
• Image files to a maximum size of 1.5MB, and 300 dpi.
• File names need to be as follows: Name_title_entry# (1-3).jpeg.
• Include a printed reference sheet with thumbnails of images; including title, dimensions, medium, and retail price of each submission.
• Label the CD or flash drive with your name and email address. Will not be returned.

Entry Fee A non-refundable entry fee of $35 entitles each artist to submit 1-3 artworks; Payment by check or cash only. Please make checks payable to WPAA, Inc. Walker’s Point Artists Association, Inc./Gallery 218 is committed to providing exhibition opportunities to area artists, established, emerging, and under -represented artists. WPAA Inc. sponsors membership shows, participates in national conferences, and operates its own gallery space, Gallery 218, for 28 years, and a website www.gallery218.com.
