ONLINE SUBMISSION DEADLINE:  October 30, 2015

SUBMISSION PROCESS:  All entries must be submitted electronically to www.BoardwalkGallery.net  or a cd of images can be mailed to Boardwalk Gallery. (see format below)

ENTRY FEE AND PAYMENT:  non-refundable $25 / 3 entries – $10.00 each additional entry

SELECTION NOTIFICATION:  All entrants will be notified by email  with the juried results by November 3, 2015

HAND DELIVER ACCEPTED WORK: Boardwalk Gallery 115 5th St. Windsor, Co. – November 10, 2015   (10am – 3pm)

AWARDS :  –$ 75 1st place  –  $40 2nd place /each category  (sponsored by Boardwalk Gallery)
– $100.00 cash award (sponsored & selected by Colorado Fine Art Supply, Loveland)
(Winners will be unveiled at the opening reception)
– $250.00 People’s Choice Award
(To be awarded to the piece with the most votes by the public at the end of opening night)
– All winners and Honorable Mentions will be published in the ‘Beauty Surrounds Us‘ edition of  our.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
– For this exhibition we’re looking for artwork interpreting Rumi’s poem:  ‘Beauty Surrounds Us’
– Images must be labeled with the title of the artwork, artist’s name, entry # as follows:
BEAUTY_ JSMITH_1.jpg, BABY_JSMITH_2.jpg, SUNRISE_JSMITH_2.jpg (etc)
– Submit images in JPEG format 1920 pixels @72 dpi on the longest side
– Include size and price of each piece of work
