In 2019, the Stockton Art League hosts its 6th Regional Juried show, with cash awards at its home base location, the Elsie May Goodwin Gallery.

Exhibition dates: September 5-October 3, 2019
OPEN TO ARTISTS WITHIN 85 MILE, RADIUS OF STOCKTON , CA

Four (4) entries allowed per artist. All Fees Are Non-Refundable

After deadline entry date, one assigned juror will review the online entries to determine which pieces will be accepted into the show. Usually a count of 100 is preferred based on space availability within the gallery location. Those artists accepted into the show will be advised to bring their works in to gallery on a scheduled date. The juror then reviews each piece in person to determine the cash prizes. Prizes include Best of Show ($500), 1st Prize ($300), 2nd Prize ($200) , 3rd Prize ($100) plus Honorable Mentions (at juror’s discretion).

A reception and awards ceremony is held the second Saturday of that September month to honor the artists and their participation. The exhibit is on display the entire month of September. Artists who sell any of their work during this show receive the usual 70% commission on sales, with 30% profit going to the gallery.

Stockton Art League sponsors a regional juried show every other September at the gallery location. The entries for this show are processed digitally through an online site, Smarterentry.com.
