The Quinlan Visual Arts Center serves the Northeast Georgia artist, art enthusiast and art collector community. The annual black-tie GALA is in its’41st year to raise funds for community outreach, education and programming. Affluential and influential patrons and collectors attend this event. Additional sales (and exhibitions) often follow for participating artists.
