Studio Montclair is pleased to announce an Open Call for Roadblocks , an exhibition that delves into the concept of barriers — both tangible and abstract that shape our societies and individual lives. Roadblocks come in many forms — physical, cultural, societal and psychological. These barriers often hinder connection, understanding, and progress. We invite artists to examine and express how these roadblocks are constructed, perceived, and sometimes dismantled through their 2D, 3D, and digital artworks.
