CALL FOR ARTISTS 2026-2027
Tannery Pond Center (www.tannerypond.org) is an arts and community center located in North Creek, New York in the southern Adirondacks. Tannery Pond houses the Widlund Gallery for visual arts,which offers rotating exhibits of a wide array of visual media, including painting, photography, ceramics, and fiber arts. Exhibits are usually presented in the Gallery for a period of six weeks. The exhibits at the Widlund Gallery are curated by a Gallery Committee that meets monthly to review requests to exhibit and which also works with exhibiting artists to mount shows.
The Widlund Gallery is seeking artists for 2026 and 2027. If you’re interested in exhibiting your own work, kindly visit the Gallery website at https://www.tannerypond.org/widlund-gallery and download the Request to Exhibit Form.
The Gallery includes four large walls covered with a carpet treatment plus two alcoves. There is a total of XX square feet of wall space. The Gallery can also provide pedestals and shelving for three-dimensional art.
Artists may offer their work for sale and forms are available for this purpose. There currently is no fee to display but artists are required to return 25% of the sales to Tannery Pond Center to defray expenses.
