Frances Bell

Frances won The Winsor & Newton Young Artist Award, First Prize at the Royal Institute of Oil Painters in 2017 and The RSMA New Generation Award in 2018. in 2021 she was awarded the William Lock Portrait Prize at the Royal Society of Portrait Painters Annual Exhibition.
