Presented by Arts Center Killingworth’s Spectrum Art Gallery and Artisan Store

Ceal Swift began painting 15 years ago, taking her first class at Silvermine School of Art in New Canaan, CT, where she studied with Alex McFarlane, Chris Golbach, and Carey Parker Schwartz, and Anda Styler at Rowayton Art Center. This led to a new journey of discovery, soon painting became a great passion in Ceal’s life. She retired 6 years ago and now has the time to pursue what she enjoys most. Ceal’s goal is to keep growing as an artist by allowing her own distinct style to evolve as she captures and connects to the world around her. Many of her paintings are inspired by travels to golf destinations with her husband. Swift’s artwork has been accepted to juried shows in Connecticut and Wisconsin. She has also participated in group shows as well as having a number of solo shows. Swift’s artwork is represented by Anna’s Art Gallery, ArtProvo, and Wingsong Resort all located in The Turks and Caicos Islands. Her work is currently exhibited at Spectrum Gallery in Centerbrook, Connecticut. Swift is a member of Lyme Art Association, Rowayton Art Center, Stamford Art Association and Madison Art Society.
