Artist Judy Atlas takes the reins at City Gallery in September and brings visitors along on a vicarious adventure in THE LANDSCAPE, REAL AND IMAGINED. The show features a series of paintings from the artist’s travels through the American Southwest last fall, as well as her travels inward during the COVID-19 quarantine. The show is free and open to the public, and runs September 5 – September 27, Saturdays and Sundays from 2 – 4PM or by appointment. While there will not be an opening reception, you can meet the artist on the show’s opening day, September 5 and again on September 26, from 2PM – 4PM. City Gallery is located at 994 State Street, New Haven, CT 06511. Modified gallery hours are Saturday and Sunday, 2PM – 4pm or by appointment. Number of visitors limited to 6 at a time.
