First Street Gallery is pleased to present “IMPULSE AND RESOLVE,” an online exhibition of recent works by Gallery Artists. Originally planned for presentation in the gallery space, the show is open for viewing online for an extended run through August 20th.

Regardless of the difficult, isolating circumstances artists currently find themselves in, the process of creating works of art that reflect both global and intimate points of view remains an ongoing experiment. From the incentive of an initial idea to the execution of a realized piece, the works in this show reflect every artist’s journey towards discovery and self-realization.

Included in the exhibition are paintings, mixed media, assemblage, and sculpture. Several of the artists in this exhibition are scheduled to present a large body of work in the coming season, while others are preparing to exhibit their work the following year.
