East meets West in our final exhibit of the season. All four artists have familial and stylistic ties to Asia, yet each has adapted techniques traditionally used by Asian artists to express some of the influences western culture has had on their art. The aesthetics are distinctly Asian, yet global, steeped in tradition but thoroughly contemporary. On view are many large-scale paintings commissioned for this exhibit.
