Flower Power! features the work of three Cleveland area photographers – Cynthia Penter, Deborah Pinter and Daiv Whaley. In addition, the show includes an original floral sculpture by Moe Dixon and a special Spring Celebration (on May 18).

On Sunday, May 18, the Flower Power Spring Celebration will be held at the gallery and in other areas in the Waterloo Arts District. The event will be a family-friendly celebration of spring that will include refreshments for adults and children, a flower making party, a neighborhood flower planting and a ‘sky garden’ flower release. The event will begin at 12:00 noon.

The exhibition opens with a reception on Friday, May 2, 2014 from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm as part of the Waterloo Arts District’s first Friday ‘Walk All Over Waterloo’. The exhibition is in the Maria Neil Art Project gallery through Sunday, June 15. The gallery is located at 15813 Waterloo Road and is open Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm with other hours by appointment.
