The Congressional Art Competition for Otsego County High School Students. Six lucky students will be awarded ribbons and a digital image of their artwork will then be submitted to Congressman Gibson’s office for final selection in the next phase of competition.
Opening Reception: Friday, March 13th 5-7pm.
The Cooperstown Art Association Galleries are free and open to the public Daily 11 – 4pm, Sundays 1-4pm and Closed on Tuesdays Labor Day through Memorial Day.
