MARCH 2 – 23 AN ARTISTIC DISCOVERY (In Gallery A) The Congressional Art Competition for Otsego County High School Students. Six students will go on to exhibit at Munson-Williams-Proctor Arts Institute School of Art Gallery. Read more about “An Artistic Discovery”. Opening Reception: Friday, March 2nd 5-7pm.
