The 12th annual installment of the School of Art & Design’s National Juried Exhibition features artworks in a wide range of media made by artists based throughout the United States. Juried by celebrated painter and educator Neil Callander. Callender was born in Louisville, KY. He earned a BFA from Indiana University and an MFA from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University. After graduating Callander spent time working in the studio of Jeff Koons. Currently based in Fayetteville, Arkansas where he is a professor of at the University of Arkansas.
