The Museum of Russian Art is celebrating its 10th anniversary! Featured will be highlights from the permanent collection and past exhibition highlights. Included works will be Milkmaids Novella, by Nikolai Baskakov and prominent Soviet artists from the post-WWII period.

The post-war paintings are revival works in the tradition of Russian Realism. Artwork from this period told stories and addressed universal themes that were sincere and non-commercial. They tried to address Soviet ideology and approach personal insight in a difficult political environment.
