New Works by Renowned Artists Frank & Dianee McElwain
Eisele Gallery of Fine Art
Nov. 21, 2017, 12:00 am
Frank McElwain paints Cincinnati’s rich history. Much research has gone into his paintings concerning accuracy of architecture, transportation systems and fashions. His style is intended to allow one to enjoy a romantic and idealized view of a simpler time. Frank also paintings Charleston, Savannah and other historic cities.
His wife Dianne, is equally as talented in her realistic botanical watercolors. Dianne McElwain’s eye for detail and command of watercolor add to the accuracy of the subject being portrayed. All of her subjects are carefully researched and painted from live plants. Botanical Art is Science and Art coming together in a perfect union of creativity.
Frank and Dianne have each won many awards for their work and their works have been collected internationally.
This exhibition will continue through December 30, 2017
