Through a variety of media, this class encourages expression of personal ideas and vision. Explore the use of collage materials including paper, photographs, books, maps and found objects. Experiment with tar, shylac, modeling paste, encaustic wax and xerox transfer. Includes demonstrations, slides and discussions of contemporary art. Experimentation and trusting one’s process encouraged!
