Avon Arts is Popping Up! The Avon Arts Association is sponsoring a “pop up” or temporary Holiday and Fine Art Gallery and Store at the Old Avon Village, 35 E Main St., Rt. 44, Avon CT. (look for the big rocking chair) It will be open on weekends from Friday, Nov. 28th – Sunday, December 21st. Hours are: Friday 12pm – 7pm. Saturdays and Sundays 10am – 5pm. There are 17 participating artists from the area, some of them local and national award winners. Its a great opportunity to find unique artwork in a variety of mediums. Works are available as originals, prints and cards; perfect holiday giving or an opportunity to treat yourself. Some artists will be offering sale prices on select pieces.
