A film screening of Salam Neighbor (2014) and Skype Q&A with film director Chris Temple on Monday, September 26, from 7 – 9 pm at the Kelley Theater. Salam Neighbor was directed and produced by Chris Temple and Zach Ingrasci, produced by Salam Darwaza and Mohab Khattab, edited by Emmy Award-Winning editor Mohamed El, Manasterly, and with an original score by 12-time Emmy-Nominated Composer, W.G. Snuggy Walden.
Donations will be accepted at the door to support the JUHAN Za’atari Camp Scholarship Fund.
This event is presented in partnership with the Film, Television and Media Arts Program and JUHAN (Jesuit University Humanitarian Action Network) in conjunction with the exhibition Rick Shaefer: The Refugee Trilogy.
