Sterling and Francine Clark Art Institute presents a permanent collection of European and American painting, sculpture, works on paper, and decorative art from the Renaissance to the early twentieth century. The museum focuses on nineteenth-century European and American painting, French Impressionists, English silver, master drawings and prints, and photography.

Many of the Clark’s other works, including works by Renoir, Homer, and Sargent are open to visitors throughout the year exhibitions to complete the Clark’s permanent collection.
