Before New Haven had an Arts District and Creative Arts Workshop came to roost there, Audubon Street was home to the Andrew B. Hendryx Co., the single largest manufacturer of birdcages in the US. Now we’re celebrating the history of our habitat — and all things avian! — with an evening of feathered frivolity to build the Workshop’s nest egg. So pull out your finest plumage, fluff up your tail feathers and come for a silent auction, cocktails and light fare.
