Winter Art Clearance Bonanza

January 15th. to March 4th., 2017
Opening Reception Sunday, January 15th, 2 to 5 pm.
Closing Party Saturday, March 4th 2 to 5 pm.

The holidays are over, outside it’s cold and gray and you’re down to your last nickel. Well, Cheer up – Help is on the way! Bundle up and come on down to our “Winter Art Clearance Bonanza.”

Here’s how it works: 

Upon delivery of art work, there will be a $15 entry fee per artist 18 years or older, living in NY, NJ, PA

Each artist may submit up to 5 entries in jpg format, with images not larger than 800 x 800 pixels at 72 DPI. Up to 5 will be chosen to exhibit.

Entries should include name of artist, title of work, medium, be 2 or 3 dimensional only, not exceed 40” in any direction, and be priced $75.00 and under.

Artwork must be hand delivered to the gallery.

Artwork must be ready for hanging or installation.

Hamilton Street Gallery will take no commission on works sold. At the end of the exhibition (March 4th.) the gallery will present each artist that sold work with the amount of their total sale. Also at this time artists will take home any artwork left unsold.

Submission Deadline – December 1st., 2016
Notification of chosen work – December 8th., 2016
Delivery Dates – Thursday January 5th., 12 to 5 pm. Friday January 6th. 5 to 8 pm and Saturday January 7th. 12 to 5 pm
Opening Reception – Sunday January 15th, 2017 2 to 5 pm.
Pick up date and closing reception – Saturday March 4th., 2017 2 to 5 pm
