The San Francisco Women Artists (SFWA) organization, located in the City’s vibrant Inner Sunset neighborhood, is pleased to announce an Art Banner competition.
We invite Bay Area artists to submit colorful, creative artwork for this juried competition. $100 cash awards per image selected.
Through a generous Neighborhood Arts Collaborative (NAC) from SF Grants for the Arts, the banners will help provide an exciting opportunity for local artists to showcase their artwork.Selected artworks will be reproduced on 3×6’ vertical banners installed on lampposts along Irving Street from 7th to 10th Avenue. Images of local attractions, flora & fauna, and bold abstracts are all welcome. Crisp designs that utilize the banner specs are desired.
