Legends Show at the Carnival of Collectables CALL FOR ARTISTS!

Sometimes a story comes from the past..but is it true? Myths and legends surround real and imaginary people, places, and events. Think Johnny Appleseed, Paul Bunyan, Historical figures, Greek myths, or fantastical creatures. Let’s explore these legends together with the Legends Show at the Carnival of Collectables!

The show will run from Nov. 26th to Dec. 26th – Opening Reception: Saturday, Nov. 26th 4-7pm

Artwork can be new or previously created, as long as it pertains to the theme of the show. We are primarily looking for 2d art, but 3d art is welcome! 2d art should be in the range of 11×17 or smaller, but we may consider bigger artwork…so let us know if your work is larger.

Arriving artwork should be framed or have some sort of hanging mechanism, ie “Gallery Ready”.

Email us at [email protected] to enter! The subject line of the email should read “Legends Show Entry”. Please attach a low resolution jpeg or two of your work, as well as a link to your website (if you have one). The art that will appear in the show does not need to be finished by September 30th-we just need to see your style or previous work.

Oct. 3-Participating artists notified
Nov. 12-Artwork due/Contract due (participating artists will be emailed a contract)
