The Howard County Arts Council is seeking up to 12 artists to participate in its tenth annual Juried Public Art Competition for a temporary outdoor exhibit from August 2022-July 2023 in Howard County, MD. Selected artists will receive a $3,000 grant to cover the temporary loan, insurance, installation, de-installation, and repairs to their sculpture.
