Hispanic Heritage Month is September 15 to October 15.

The Ignacio Community Library encourages artistic and cultural interests by providing a showcase for local artists residing in the Four Corners Area (AZ, CO, NM, and UT). The Library welcomes local artists of all ages, amateur or professional to participate in this special exhibition celebrating Hispanic Heritage.
The purpose of this exhibit is to enhance awareness and pride in our community’s Latino heritage and history.

Art exhibits in the library are a way to enhance and increase community appreciation of the arts. We hope this exhibit will provide an important opportunity to celebrate Hispanic Heritage.
What does Hispanic Heritage mean to you?

All mediums will be considered but please take into account the following guidelines: wall art must be ready to hang without difficulty; must have a wire or support structure attached to the back. No exception. Every effort will be made accommodate three-dimensional art pieces in a secure area. 3-D art pieces must not exceed 12”h x 24”w x 24”d. Textiles will be considered if they can be displayed securely in an existing display area.
