Abstract Call for Entry and International Photography Exhibition
The Center for Fine Art Photography
Entry Deadline: Aug. 5
Abstract Call for Entry | In trying to define the undefinable, we say that abstracts have subjects transformed to their essential elements or into non-objects, or simply to non-representational images. Admittedly, Abstract is hard to define and artist interpretations are welcome as part of this conversation on a significant and current photographic direction. Emerging to established artists are encouraged to submit. All types of photographic processes and presentations are eligible.
JUROR | All images will be selected by Elizabeth Houston, Owner and Director of Elizabeth Houston Gallery, NYC. The gallery’s initiation to the contemporary scene imbues fresh voices from artists who work in the present and explore a cornucopia of facets. The Gallery is committed to bringing their artists work to exhibitions both home and abroad and has met success with collectors and critics alike and been reviewed in The Wall Street Journal, The New Yorker, The Village Voice, and The New York Times among others.
ARTIST HONORS AND AWARDS: All selected artists’ work is included in the gallery exhibition and online exhibition complete with artist website links. The Center also provides professional installation images, event press release and social media promotions with an audience of 180,000+ followers internationally. All artists and friends are welcome to celebrate the exhibition with us at the Reception.
