The Arts Council of Southeast Missouri is excited to host it’s Fourth Annual Member’s Exhibit, with an opening reception on September 2, the night of our Grand Opening at 16 North Spanish Street. The Member’s Exhibit is a chance to celebrate and showcase the work of our members, and also gives the staff and exhibit committee an opportunity to identify talent for future exhibits.

This year’s exhibit will feature three cash awards to be named during the reception. Juror Julia Thompson, Director of the Parks and Recreation Department of the City of Cape Girardeau, will jury the entries for 1st ($300), 2nd ($200), and 3rd ($100) place awards to be announced during the First Friday reception. A People’s Choice Award will be selected by First Friday Visitors.
