We all share in the act of eating. The topic of food is increasingly complex. Food cultures have deep roots, rich heritages, and increasing diversity, but also inherent controversies associated with eating in a changing world. How do artists express food and food cultures?
Whether it’s the depiction of food in their work, or the visual representation of food; artists make connections to food. Concordia College invites artists to submit works that exemplify the theme of food and diversity in any interpretation, representational, abstract, or conceptual.
