Categories: Open to original works of art and sculpture (Pedestal or Freestanding) 2D & 3D art. Up to 3 entries per artist. The theme is Playful Autumn Antics.

Jurors:
Phill Evans – 3D Art – Phill is an internationally known sculptural artist who works with metals, glass and wood. Phill has created many award winning sculptural concepts in kinetics, furniture, figurative art and public works.

Katherine Venturelli – 2D Art – Katherine Venturelli is an artist and teacher, recognized both nationally and internationally for her distinctive and varied edition artist books and fine prints.

Jurors Awards: $300 Best of Show, $100 each for Best 3-D and 2-D work

Exhibition Dates: October 18, 2014 through Nov 8, 2014

Opening Reception: October 18, 2014, 6pm – 9pm

Nonrefundable entry fee: There is a nonrefundable entry fee of $35.00 for up to 3 pieces.

All submissions need to have images submitted in JPG format. Please review the Submission Requirements PDF on our website.

Notification: Accepted artists will be notified Saturday, October 4, 2014. Accepted work must be delivered by October 13, 2014.

Artwork Maximum Size:
3-D art – 24” in any direction.
2-D art – ready to hang and no larger than 40” tall and 30” wide.

Artwork Delivery: October 6th – 13th – by appointment, in person (we are unable to accommodate mailed entries)

End of Show Pick up: November 9 through November 11, 2014, between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Work not picked up by 5:00 pm on November 11, becomes the property of ACAI.

Sales of Art: 70% of the sale will go to the artists, 30% of the sale will go to ACAI. Items sold must remain on exhibit for the duration of the show. ACAI will mail a check to the artist for any sold artwork within six weeks after the close of the show.
