Solo/Group Exhibition Proposals
Art Room
Entry Deadline: Jun. 1
Art Room presents six exhibitions annually through creative curatorial practices. We support local, regional, and national emerging and mid-career artists and curators. Through calls for entries, proposals, and student work, we connect the community to contemporary art from diverse cultures and mediums. Solo/group exhibiting artists are asked to contribute to our Educate Programs, as well. Artists or curators are invited to give a gallery talk/lecture or workshop. Book signings are also welcome but in addition to the educational component. Please indicate your proposed educational element in your letter of intent.
All Art Room solo/group shows receive the following:
• Opening reception in conjunction with South Main Village Third Thursdays
• Email & Social Media Marketing
• Postcard Marketing
• Catalog Publication
We welcome proposals from artists and curators who wish to show solo and/or group exhibitions during the 2020 and 2021 exhibition seasons. All mediums are appreciated.
