Fuller Craft Museum seeks artists to participate in Human Impact: Stories of the Opioid Epidemic-an exhibition that will bring together artists working in craft-based media with families that have been impacted by the opioid crisis. Following an in-person meeting, artists will create new works inspired by their conversations. The final commissioned works will be exhibited at Fuller Craft Museum from September 2019–March 2020. A portion of the exhibition will then travel to partner sites and possibly beyond. The call is open to all artists working in wood, metal, fiber, clay, glass, plastics and polymers, and found/recycled materials.
Human Impact: Stories of the Opioid Epidemic is partnership between Fuller Craft Museum, the Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office, Quincy College, Brockton Hospital, High Point Treatment Center, and Stonehill College.
