Simsbury artists announce the 9th Annual Simsbury Open Studios, May 5th and 6th weekend, Simsbury, CT. Free event. More that a dozen Simsbury painters, potters, designers, jewelry makers and sculptors will open their studios to the public on Saturday and Sunday, May 5th and 6th, from 10:00am to 4:00pm during the 9th Annual Simsbury Open Studios event. The artists have been busy preparing their studios and creating new art work to show and sell to the public. This is a once a year event that provides visitors the opportunity to meet local artists in studios that are ordinarily closed to the public, as well as purchase original local art.
