The Marlborough Arts Center’s 2012 6th Annual Artist Member Show continues through October 28. Every weekend artists in the Show are doing demonstrations of their work. This is an opportunity to meet and talk with the artists in a very relaxed setting, in the Art Gallery at 231 North Main Street in Marlborough, CT. The Arts Center is open every Saturday and Sunday from 1-4 p.m. with the following artists scheduled to give demonstrations in October: Saturday, October 6, Patricia Trapp (oil pastel); Saturday, October 13, Audrey Carroll (watercolor); Sunday, October 14, Marilyn Ulion (free “Mom & me” class on polymer clay, making beads to string or a bracelet to wear); Saturday, October 20, Robert Bavier (painting); Sunday, October 21, James Grabowski (acrylic); Saturday, October 27, Patricia Bullock (pastel); and Sunday, October 28, Bonnie Desaulnier (wood carving).
