Foundry Gallery, one of Washington, DC’s premier contemporary galleries, will host a guest solo exhibit for the month of August 2017. Foundry Gallery is located in the revitalized North End Shaw neighborhood in an industrial style space on the ground floor of the Atlantic Plumbing Building. The Gallery is welcoming proposals for this juried exhibition to be held in its solo exhibition gallery featuring 65 feet of running wall space with significant street-front exposure. A diagram of the space is included with the Guest Exhibition Prospectus.

This exhibition call is open to all artists 18 years or older residing in the United State with the understanding that it is the artist’s responsibility to deliver work to and after the show pick up work from the gallery. The guest artist is also expected to attend the opening reception usually scheduled for the first Saturday evening of the month.

The deadline for entry for the August 2017 guest solo exhibition is March 15. Submissions are to be made through Submittable and a non-refundable $40 entry fee is charged at the time of entry.
