Boston sculptors Gallery is pleased to present the opening of two concurrent solo shows, Grey Matters by artist Dennis Svoronos & Seven Studios: A Memoir by artist Eric Sealine. Seven years after his brain cancer diagnosis, Dennis Svoronos remains surprisingly alive. His latest solo exhibition Grey Matters will be on view at the Boston Sculptors Gallery October 12 to November 13. Through his kinetic and interactive sculptural works, Svoronos ponders the problems he and others face as life-long patients, conveying both the horror and humor of the place between chronically ill and unexpectedly well.
Seven Studios: A Memoir, a solo exhibition featuring new work by Eric Sealine, is an ode tot he artists past studios. Sealine’s most recent sculptural series recreates these spaces in deftly sketched, energetic forced perspective constructions. Each New piece will be accompanied by an artwork previously in the corresponding studio and referenced in miniature within the construction.
