Born in Poland and currently residing in Germany, Marek Radke has created a site specifc installation for MICA Gallery. “60” is a solo exhibit of Radke’s work and his inaugural exhibit at MICA Gallery.
“60” is a compilation of paintings, scultpure and a site specific installation. Radke is a painter, sculptor and works in mixed media. “60” is a reference to the artists age and a pivitol transition point in his life. This exhibit explores this transition point through the use of black light which changes the visual experience of the work and references a duality in how we experience it.
