Call To Artists 18 years old and over, who are residents of the United States. Work must be original, both in concept and execution. Eligible Media: All two-dimensional media done in Oil, Oil Pastel, Soft Pastel, Alcohol Ink, Water Media, Drawing Media, Printmaking, Mixed Media and Collage.
