Ascent Contemporary and Salvage Supperclub invite you to join us for a world without waste. Artist David Rittinger will showcase his range of works that breathe new life into discarded materials. Chef Celia Lam (of Salvage Supperclub) will deliver a unique 8-course culinary experience showcasing the delicious potential of some of our most commonly over-looked and underused foods.

A portion of the profits will be donated to City Harvest, a New York non-profit dedicated to helping feed more than 1.4 million New Yorkers facing hunger through food rescue, distribution and education programs.
