The Newburyport Art Association (NAA) is pleased to announce a Request for Qualifications and Request for Proposals for a sculptural installation on the façade of its 1795 historic building which houses our galleries at 65 Water Street Newburyport, MA. Artists, members and non-members, are invited to forward their proposal and qualifications for this exciting public arts project.
