Best of Show, First through Third Place, and Merit Awards will be presented. The Robert Heuel, O.P.A Award will be presented to the artist who displays exceptional skill in his/her chosen path.

Judge for this exhibition is Bonnita Budyz. She is founder of the ecologically sensitive plein air painting group Water’s Edge Artists and champions conservation issues. Her paintings have received awards from the American Impressionist Society, Oil Painters of America, the Pastel Society of the West Coast, International Artist Magazine, American Artist, Art of the West, and Plein Air Magazine.
